BLUE SAGE School is an online learning community for women growing their businesses. It combines short courses, simulations, hands-on exercises and workbooks you complete on your own business, and live facilitated conversations with Pamela and a community of peers.

Think of it as a cross between a course library, an on-demand business consultant, a supportive workgroup, and an accountability partner.

Individuals, teams, and educators who own or lead an organization and want practical help with the decisions in front of them: when to grow, redirect, hire, or hold; how to lead a growing team; how to tell your story with credibility; and how to put AI to work on your terms.

There is no revenue minimum, certification requirement, industry restriction, or location requirement. If you are building something, stuck on something, or want thoughtful support, you belong here.

Pamela Campagna, MBA, CMC, professor at Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth and Hult Ashridge Executive Education. Pamela founded BLUE SAGE Consulting in 1997 and has spent more than 30 years advising and teaching executives and teams through growth, market expansion, and change across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.

BLUE SAGE School runs on SKOOL, an online community platform you can use in any web browser or through the SKOOL mobile app. Courses, live sessions, and community conversations all live in one place.

Each level includes everything in the level before it.

Monthly gives you flexibility. Annual costs less over the year: Premium is $595 a year instead of $708 paid monthly, and VIP is $1,999 a year instead of $2,388.

Yes. You can start at Standard and move up to Premium when you are ready. VIP is by application, so if you are interested, let Pamela know and she will follow up with you personally.

Yes, at any time, through your SKOOL profile: Settings, then Communities, then BLUE SAGE School, then Settings, then Manage membership. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal or trial-end date. Your paid access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Canceling does not automatically generate a refund, and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a monthly or annual membership, except where required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact pamelac@bluesageconsulting.com. See the full membership terms.

Yes. Paid memberships renew automatically at the price and billing frequency shown at checkout, until you cancel. The Standard level has no recurring charge.

BLUE SAGE School is opening with 25 founding seats by invitation only. Founding members join a small community inside the School, get real attention for their questions in live sessions, and help shape the courses and community as the School grows.

Founding members join Premium or VIP free for their first 60 days. After that:

• Premium: $59 a month or $595 a year.
• VIP: a founding rate of $149 a month or $1,499 a year, which you keep for as long as you remain in BLUE SAGE School. The standard VIP rate is $199 a month.

Nothing is charged automatically. Founders start at the Standard level, and Pamela moves you into Premium or VIP for your 60 complimentary days. When they end, you choose: continue at your exclusive founding-member rate, or remain in BLUE SAGE School at the Standard level. You are only charged if you choose to continue.

Founding membership closes. New members can still join at the Standard, Premium, and VIP levels at standard pricing.

• Standard: Classes include: Navigating Inflection Points (make the big calls: grow, pivot, hire, or hold) and Your Story Out Loud (pitch yourself and your business with credibility), plus additional classes as they become available.
• Premium: Classes include: Leading from the Inside Out (lead your team well as the business grows) and AI with the Human at the Center (put AI to work in your business, your way), plus additional classes as they become available.
• VIP: Evolving Your Business Model (find new revenue and build what comes next), the core of the Business Accelerator.

Each course pairs short video lessons or interactive classes with a workbook and exercises you complete on your own business, not a case study. You work at your own pace, then bring what you are working on into live conversation with Pamela and your peers.

Signature Series courses are six-week live courses that go deeper on a single topic. Each one ends with a written plan for your business, a certificate, and a 20-minute consult with Pamela.

The Business Accelerator is BLUE SAGE School's VIP level: a small peer mastermind group that meets weekly with Pamela. It is built around business model simulations for your own business, so you can test new directions, weigh the evidence, and make decisions with a room of peers who understand what you are building.

VIP members also get the Evolving Your Business Model course, a private classroom and calendar, a Growth Plan, and Signature courses at a discounted price of $299.

A mastermind works best when the group is small and committed. VIP is limited to 10 to 12 members, so Pamela talks with each applicant to make sure it is the right fit.

Yes. Organizations enrolling 5 or more people in Premium membership are eligible for group pricing. Groups of 5 to 9 receive 10% off, and groups of 10 or more receive 15% off. Contact us to discuss group enrollment.

Yes. BLUE SAGE School offers customized learning, leadership development, and consulting services for organizations, teams, and professional groups. Engagements are designed around your organization's specific needs and can range from a focused workshop or advisory engagement to a multi-session learning and consulting initiative. Programs may be delivered in person, virtually, or in a blended format.

Areas of focus can include leadership development, AI integration, business strategy, entrepreneurship, organizational change, team effectiveness, and other areas represented within BLUE SAGE Consulting and BLUE SAGE School. Depending on your needs, an engagement may combine consulting and advisory support, facilitated workshops, assessments, practical tools, simulations, and follow-up learning to help move from insight to implementation.
